Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Station52 website at station52.ai and its subpages (the "site"). The site is operated by Station52, 755 W. Big Beaver Rd., Troy, MI 48084 ("Station52", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about Station52. You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or other users’ data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means without our written permission.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Submit health, financial, student, or other regulated data through site forms.

Accounts and beta access

You can request access to Station52 Workspace, Station52 Classroom, or Station52 Workshop through the site. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. We may accept, decline, or limit requests at our discretion.

Beta and early-access features are provided for evaluation, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and may not be available at all times. If you receive account credentials, keep them confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use of Station52 products may also be governed by a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for the product.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, and software, are owned by Station52 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Station52 name and logo are our trademarks.

You may view and share site pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission, except as the law allows.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

AI-generated output

Parts of the site and our products use artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate for your situation, even when it sounds confident.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sharing it. AI output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not enter secrets or sensitive personal data into AI features. Our Privacy and AI Policy explains how we handle information you submit.

Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as email and hosting providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Station52 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we have been told such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site, or to any beta or early-access feature, at any time if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms or to protect the site, our users, or Station52. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, no warranties, and limitation of liability, will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be brought in the courts located in the State of Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
